IMPORTANT: This Privacy Policy applies solely to the talarity.com website and related sales and marketing activities. It does NOT apply to the Talarity GRC application or customer data processed within the platform, which are governed by separate agreements.

Talarity, Inc. ("Talarity," "we," "us," or "our") is the data controller for personal data collected under this Policy.

2. Scope

This Policy applies only to:

  • The talarity.com website (the "Site");
  • Pre-sales, marketing, and informational interactions (e.g., demo requests, quotes, downloads).

This Policy does not apply to:

  • The Talarity GRC platform or customer environments;
  • Data processed on behalf of customers under contract.

  • Transfers to organizations in countries with adequacy decisions (where applicable);
  • Contractual and technical safeguards with service providers.

12. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including:

  • Marketing and lead data: up to 24 months from last interaction
  • Inquiry/support data: up to 24 months
  • Analytics data: typically 12–26 months (depending on tool configuration)

We may retain data longer where required for legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data, including:

  • Access controls and authentication;
  • Encryption in transit;
  • Vendor risk management practices.

Our practices are aligned with industry-standard security frameworks (such as SOC 2 principles), though no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

  • Processing is limited to business contact and interaction data where applicable;

15. Children

This Site is intended for business users and not for individuals under 16 years of age (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
