What happens after 7 days?
You can convert to a paid plan or your account is paused. Your data stays preserved for 30 days after the trial ends — convert any time during that window to keep everything.
Do I need a credit card?
No. We don't even ask for one.
Can I extend the trial?
Reach out — we're flexible if you need a few more days for an executive review or audit.
Can I get a second trial later?
Self-serve trials are one per company domain. If your company already has an account, sign in and you can buy a package in-app any time. Otherwise contact sales@talarity.com for a custom evaluation.
Can I import existing data?
Yes. Import existing assessments, evidence, and policies from CSV or PDF. Most teams are productive on day one.
Who can I invite during the trial?
People at your company. Trial accounts only send invites and notifications to addresses at your company domain — this keeps the platform safe for everyone.
Why won't my Gmail work?
Self-serve trials are limited to business email addresses to prevent abuse. If you're an independent consultant, contact sales — we'll set you up directly.
